ARKRAY INTRODUCES ARK Care™ TO COMPLEMENT ITS LINE OF BLOOD GLUCOSE METERS

(Minneapolis, MN)  ARK Care is a new and unique, Cloud Care Network™ application that allows people with diabetes to transfer their blood glucose readings from their meter to a secure, online database.

Licensed from MyCareTeam, Inc., the HIPPA-compliant, FDA-cleared system allows patients and their care providers to have secure, real-time access to blood glucose readings and a host of other values (nutritional information, lab values, medications, etc.). Patients and caregivers can manage diabetes with an easy-to-use interface. Health care providers can use the system to provide coordinated and efficient care to improve outcomes and reduce costs. And medical equipment providers now have a way to improve their efficiency and responsiveness.

And providers can assess a patient’s condition between scheduled office visits and intervene before small issues become serious problems.
