We offer free resources to healthcare professionals using GLUCOCARD^® as part of their patients diabetes care program. Enroll in our You Choose™ program to recieve educational resources for your patients to use in person. Send your patients to our You Choose™ website for tools and encouragement for them! We want to support you as you support your patients.

The more your patients know, the better equipped they are to care for themselves. We know that is true for you too! We offer CEU programs for nurses and CDE's. There are courses on needlestick safety, diabetes, and even one on counseling for behavioral change! Ask your GLUCOCARD representative for authorization codes for these free programs.
